Questions
Does it work offline?
Yes. The first time you open Scribbist it downloads its handwriting model once (about 13 MB). After that everything works without internet.
What if it misreads my writing?
Tap the answer to open "Check the reading". You'll see your ink next to what was read, and you can change any symbol. The answer updates straight away.
Can it do algebra or graphs?
No. Scribbist calculates with numbers, units and scientific functions. A written x is read as a times sign.
Does it work with Apple Pencil or a stylus?
Yes. Write with your finger, Apple Pencil or any stylus. On iPad you get a bigger page to work on.
How much does it cost?
One price, paid once. No subscription, no in-app purchases and no ads.
